After being a summer Shlicha in Richmond, VA, more than 20 years ago, Shimrit returned to P2G as Programs Coordinator and quicly felt home with friends and family in Israel and in our Jewish communities. Married to Nitzan and mother of 3, Shimrit lives in Pardes-Hanna Karkur. After serving as a summer Shlicha in Richmond, VA, more than 20 years ago, Shimrit returned to P2G as a Coordinator and quickly felt at home with friends and family in Israel and within our Jewish communities. Today, Shimrit is a proud Director for this amazing community.
Shimrit is an open water swimmer, and most of the time you can find her hiking or canyoning with her family and friends.
Shuli Mittelberg - Hasheli
Education Coordinator

Shuli resides in Pardes Chana Karkur and is happily married with two children. Around two decades ago, she embarked on a meaningful journey as a summer Shlicha, participating in Jewish communities in the US, Australia and New Zealand.
In her professional life, Shuli has made significant contributions as the Head of the Drama Department at Pardes Hanna Haklai High School. Beyond her work commitments, Shuli passionately dedicates her free time to teaching reading to elementary-aged children. She is also a talented singer-songwriter, and you can listen to her music by clicking here.

Ravid calls Pardes-Hanna Karkur home and thrives in the vibrant community that revolves around music, spirituality, and cherished friendships. Her journey with us marks an exciting career transition, having previously been immersed in real estate law and mediation.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Ravid is a musician, accomplished songwriter, and a passionate music teacher. Her commitment to both her artistic pursuits and active engagement within the community is truly inspiring.

Victoria lives in Tzur Yitzhak, married to Michael and a mother of 2 girls. Started her path at the Jewish Agency in 2009 as a Coordinator at the "Youth Futures" program. Joined the Partnerships' family at 2018 and discovered a wonderful new world of people-to-people connections across the sea. When she is not doing her magic at the P2G, Victoria is a Judaica artist, designing and creating at her home based studio
Jessica Cohen Banish

Jessica began her career as an on-air personality before transitioning into promotions and marketing in radio in Jacksonville, FL, and Nashville, TN. She later expanded her marketing experience at an agency, working with a diverse range of clients, followed by a corporate marketing role at Whole Foods Market. In 2018, Jessica discovered her passion for Jewish community-focused marketing when she became the Marketing Director for the Jewish Federation of Greater Nashville. There, she was introduced to the Partnership2Gether program, which had a profound personal impact. After co-leading a women’s mission trip to Israel, spending time in the Hadera-Eiron region, and hosting an Israeli teen in her home, Jessica’s passion for the program deepened even further.
Jessica lives in Nashville, TN with her husband and two daughters. She is active in the local Jewish community and enjoys baking, reading, traveling, live music, crafting, and spending time with friends and family.
Noa Lasman
Partners & Community Outreach Associate
Jewish Federation of Floridas Gulf Coast
Noa Lasman was born in Israel and grew up in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. After returning to Israel to serve as a lone soldier in the IDF, Noa returned to the United States and eventually made her way to St. Petersburg, Florida.
Before joining the Federation, Noa worked as a Hebrew teacher, where she enjoyed connecting with others through language, culture, and education. Today, as a Partners & Community Outreach Associate, Noa is passionate about meeting new people, building meaningful Jewish connections, and creating opportunities that bring people closer to the community and to Israel. She especially enjoys knowing that the relationships she builds can make a positive difference in someone’s life.
In her spare time, Noa loves reading, meeting new people, and exploring new places. She is excited to continue building relationships and becoming an active part of the Jewish community in the Tampa Bay area.

Jill Metlin
Israel and Overseas Coordinator

Jill Metlin comes to us with an extensive background in health and social services. Jill is a long-time volunteer in several Jewish communities and has been to Israel five times. On her many missions to Israel, Jill has fallen in love with the country and is excited to continue to build living bridges between Jacksonville and Eretz Yisrael.
Jill’s professional background is health and social services management. Her volunteer work has included Young Leadership Division in South Florida, and in Jacksonville, Jill has been on the board of the LJD Jewish Family & Community Services, Temple Ahavath Chesed and the Jewish Federation & Foundation of Northeast Florida. Additionally, she chaired this Jewish Federation’s Healers Society for four years.
Jill has been married to Paul for almost 20 years and has two adult stepsons and five grandchildren.

Melanie Fine

Melanie brings a wealth of experience in the Jewish nonprofit sector. She began her career at the Jewish Community Federation of Richmond (JCFR) after living in Israel teaching English and went on to earn a dual MBA/MA in Jewish Professional Leadership from Brandeis University’s Hornstein Program.
Over the years, Melanie has held impactful roles at BBYO, the Union for Reform Judaism, and ImpactIsrael. She has since returned to JCFR, where she now serves as Director of Impact and Planning. Melanie lives in Richmond, Virginia, with her husband, two children, and their beloved goldendoodle.

Ann lives on the edge of the Chattahoochee National Forest with her family, dogs and lots of woodland creatures. She is a sculptor by training, and use those skills to create environments for people, whether as art or as places for people to have conversations.
Partnership is an important way for her to build her relationship to Israel.

Brittany is passionate about creating meaningful opportunities for families and young people to connect, both within the local community and through Partnership2Gether (P2G) relationships with Israel.
In her role, Brittany designs and coordinates programs that bring youth and families together through shared experiences, community engagement, and cultural connection. She also serves as the PJ Library Coordinator, helping connect families with Jewish values, traditions, and stories through engaging programming and resources.
Brittany has been married to her husband for 15 years and is a proud mom of twins. As a family, they love vacationing and exploring new places together, always looking forward to their next adventure.

Jackie Laban

Originally from Columbia, SC, Jackie Laban graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Jewish Studies. She has spent the past 15 years working in the childcare and camp field, including the last seven as the Assistant Director of the Children’s and Camp Departments at the Jewish Educational Alliance (JCC) in Savannah. Jackie is passionate about building meaningful connections within the Jewish community, creating enriching programs for children and families, and fostering a lifelong love of Jewish learning and identity. She is excited to be part of P2G and looks forward to strengthening the bonds between Savannah and Israel through meaningful relationships and shared experiences.

Allison Jacobs is currently the Southeast Consortium Co-Chair for the Hadera-Eiron Partnership2Gether program that connects ten southeast Jewish communities with the Hadera-Eiron Region in Israel.
Allison is honored to be on the National Women’s Philanthropy Board of Jewish Federations of North America. Allison also serves on the Women’s Philanthropy Steering Committee and is a proud Forever Lion of Judah at The Jewish Federation and Foundation of Northeast Florida. Allison is humbled to be the 2027 Kipnis-Wilson Friedland Lion of Judah Award winner for Northeast Florida. Allison has served in numerous leadership roles for the Jewish Federation and Foundation of Northeast Florida, including Board Member, Chair of the Israel and Overseas Committee, Women’s Philanthropy Chair and Campaign Chair, Lion of Judah Chair, Chair of the Israel Partnership2Gether local Committee, and Chair of RGen. She is a past recipient of the Young Leadership Award of the Federation and the JCA (JCC) Special Services Award. She is a past two-year Chair of the River Garden Hebrew Home annual Gala with her husband, Ken. Allison served on the Jewish Life at Duke Hillel Advisory Board and is a proud mom of two Duke graduates, Sarah and Josh. Allison loves watching Duke basketball, playing and teaching mahjongg, traveling the world, and spending time with her husband as empty nesters.
Dalia Lahmany

Born and raised on a kibbutz in the Upper Galilee, Dalia lives in Pardes Hanna Karkur. Dalia is a mother of four - three of whom are currently serving in the IDF, and one who is doing a year of national service.
Dalia spent 20 years as a data analyst and today works with social organizations, supporting them in advancing their missions and creating greater impact.
For Dalia, serving as Co-Chair of the Partnership is an opportunity to do something meaningful - for her own community, for our partner communities overseas, and for the Jewish people wherever they are.
Dalia: "At a time when hatred is growing, and divisions are deepening, the Partnership is a place of connection, hope, growth, and joy. Every relationship we build plants a seed of understanding and belonging; every seed that is planted takes root in the resilience of our people.
That resilience, that connection, and the knowledge that we are together - connected wherever we are in the world - are our greatest strength. They are also our responsibility."
And this is exactly where Dalia feels she needs to be right now.
P2G Steering Committee
The Partnership Steering Committee is a body that determines the content and nature of the programs in the partnership. The decisions are made during in-depth discussions by the steering committee members, maintaining the values of the partnership. As part of the committee’s role, it is responsible for allocating the budgets for all programs, old and new.
